Exceptions
Reliefs and exemptions are provided for (Articles 3-8 of the decree): among others, a four-hour postponement in certain cases, vehicles used for the transport of perishable goods, milk, live animals and newspapers, and emergency and public utility vehicles. General rules
Regular calendar bans apply on set days: Sundays, public holidays and seasonal periods.
The ban applies outside built-up areas (non-urban roads). Additional bans apply to ADR dangerous goods (Art. 12 of the decree).
